Cépages wine school is NOT conventional. Yes, we offer a more classic-styled 6-week program, all about showing the average human that they’ve got what it takes to be a great taster (more details below). But, we’re forward thinking, and do so much more. We collaborate with the talented local restaurant world in hosting wine dinners (check our wine dinner series tab for details). We also excel at creating unique experiential wine events for the individual at home or business world.

Tasting Fundamentals
Culturally, North Americans are visually focused, often neglecting smell and taste. I created this tasting program to highlight the awesomeness of our olfactory and the potential of our palate. Our organs are incredible tools; when we learn to harness them, the world reveals itself in a vibrant and beautiful way. We aim to empower each student to appreciate the world's hidden layers, creating confidence in uncovering its subtle layers. Additionally, the next time you're at a dinner party or industry tasting, you'll stand out with skills your learn.
This is our Flagship Course, all you need to enter is a love of life (& wine). This immersive 6-week program is designed to take the average wine lover to the next level. Hosted once a week, for 6 weeks, you'll spend 18 hours of classroom time with our team, taste over 50 quality wines. Our class sizes are small, we aim to create an intimate setting of learning, 6 to 10 students. We’re very happy to discuss private sessions as well, so please reach out with any questions or ideas.
