This immersive 6-week program is designed to take the average wine lover to the next level. Hosted once a week, for 6 weeks, you'll spend 18 hours of classroom time with our team and taste over 50 outstanding wines. We devote the majority of our time and resources to the art of tasting, improving and honing our sensory skills (you know, the fun stuff). Our teaching style is conversational, and inclusive. Throughout the course, you'll gain a greater understanding of the science of tasting, the principal growing regions of the world, how climate affects these regions, the influence of terroir and how to assess quality in wine (unbiasedly). Beyond this, you’ll become proficient in blind tasting, and developing your ability to smell and taste.
