Champagne today: an exploration into the worlds most diverse wine region

we’re launching our latest series, the first evolution from our Fundamentals course. This is an immersion into the Champagne region. We’ll begin by offering an 3 week exploration of the region and the general elements which inform it. Explore winemaking, plant material, climate and all the amazning styles. Following the intro course, we’ll host a two part series regional focus, exploring the 7 sub-regions of Champagne. This will be a regional exploration,broken into two sessions.
